Shout out to `Speedtest by Ookla` UWP

Launched in 2017, I wanted to give a shout out to this little UWP app for Windows 10, since it has received small updates throughout the intervening three years, with the latest yesterday. Yes, the name is more cumbersome now, but it has been kept working on all Windows 10 versions, it has been kept up to date with the latest working speed test servers and even privacy warnings in today`s privacy-obsessed age.
